Inspired by unique natural surroundings, Salt Wood's menu and aesthetic celebrates the Salinas Valley rich agricultural bounty and the Monterey Bays fresh local fish, some being caught right off property.
With an emphasis on raw, cured and wood-fired cooking styles, our menu highlights locally-sourced ingredients.
Please be advised that we have a 2 bottles of Wine (750 ml) Max Policy to be allowed to bring per Reservation when dining is available on-site. There is a $50.00 Corkage Fee per Bottle .
