Welcome to Salt Wood – the culinary destination of the Monterey area. Salt Wood features three distinct dining environments - a full-service dining room, lively bar and lounge and al fresco dining patio. Our experiential oyster bar and central live-fire kitchen act as the heart and hearth of the restaurant. From cocktails on the patio to large group parties held in our multifunctional meeting space and private dining rooms, Salt Wood offers an experience like no other.
Salt Wood is open daily for dinner service from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (Sunday - Thursday) and 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Friday - Saturday)

Weekend Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Inspired by unique natural surroundings, Salt Wood's menu and aesthetic celebrates the Salinas Valley rich agricultural bounty and the Monterey Bays fresh local fish, some being caught right off property.
With an emphasis on raw, cured and wood-fired cooking styles, our menu highlights locally-sourced ingredients.
Please be advised that we have a 2 bottles of Wine (750 ml) Max Policy to be allowed to bring per Reservation when dining is available on-site. There is a $50.00 Corkage Fee per Bottle .
