Ring in 2026 at Salt Wood Kitchen & Oysterette with a coastal-inspired prix fixe dining experience and lively celebration. Choose between our early 4-course seating at 5PM ($125 per person) or late 5-course gala seating at 8:30PM ($175 per person) that includes a midnight Champagne toast and live DJ entertainment from 9PM–12:30AM.

Optional wine pairings, caviar, and truffle add-ons available. A limited bar menu and festive late-night bites will be offered through midnight.
