Called a “must-stop on the Monterey Peninsula" by the San Francisco Chronicle, Salt Wood Kitchen & Oysterette is located at the Sanctuary Beach Resort and offers private dining spaces to accommodate parties from 15 – 100 guests.
Our holiday banquet menus are created by Executive Chef Paul Corsentino, who appeared on 4th Season of Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef, Super Chefs." Opt for signature favorites such as wood-grilled oysters, seared ahi tuna tacos, pan-roasted branzino, seafood bisque and more.
We offer flexibility in scheduling during this busy time of year and are able to host your event for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With so many options available, we make it easy to treat your employees, friends, or family to an unforgettable celebration!
